How does ‘The Service’ work?
Once you have chosen your windows, received your quotation, agreed the finite detail and paid your deposit, we will conduct a full site survey to ensure a smooth installation and verify all quotation details are correct.
Our Operations Department will maintain contact with you, and once the survey has been returned and confirmed, a convenient installation date will be scheduled. On the day of installation our team will prepare and protect the area around each replacement and complete the works within the agreed time scale. We aim to keep any disruption of your daily routine to an absolute minimum.
